I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve been fortunate to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings including social service agencies, substance use treatment centers, and schools. These experiences have shown me just how resilient and resourceful people can be even as they face their greatest challenges
I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas and a Masters in Family and Community Education from Columbia University. I hold an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology from Barnard College and am a certified Early Elementary Montessori teacher. Each of these experiences has helped shape how I see people, relationships, and the unique paths we all take towards growth and healing.
I feel truly grateful to do work I love. I’m inspired each day by the courage, honesty, and growth I witness in my clients. It’s an honor to be invited into these journeys, and I would be privileged to walk along side you as well.
“May I be a guide for those who journey on the road.
For those who wish to go across the water,
May I be a boat, a raft, a bridge.
May I be an isle for those who yearn for light.
From The Way of the Bodhisattva, Shantideva
