Reaching out for therapy is an act of courage and hope. It suggests that you’re ready to care for yourself in a new way – to seek healing, understanding, or simply a safe space to breathe and be met where you are.
My goal is for you to have an experience of truly feeling seen and heard. In our work together, you are invited to bring your whole self- your questions, emotions, fears, and dreams – and know that they will be met with warmth, compassion, and respect. Together, we’ll explore what feels out of balance, uncover the strengths and resources you already possess, and create new possibilities for healing and growth.
My approach is gentle, integrative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I draw from methods that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and mind-body connection to help you feel relief from suffering, regain steadiness, and renew a sense of safety within yourself.
I also work with couples who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, or rebuild trust. Our work together focuses on creating a relationship where both partners feel seen, valued, and supported as they grow both individually and as a couple.
Therapy is a journey of coming home to your authentic self. It is about remembering or discovering your capacity for joy, connection, and authenticity. I would be honored to walk beside you on that path.
“There came a day when the risk it took to remain tight in the bud was greater than the risk it took to blossom.”
